What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail, Semiformal, or Dressy Casual attire.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
Definitely bring a coat, but the temperature will range between 13-18 C (53.6 - 64.4 F) during the day and perhaps fall to 4-8 C (39.2 - 46.4 F) in the evening.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue, Riverway Clubhouse on 9001 Bill Fox Way, Burnaby, BC V5J 5J3.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party as well as the newlyweds and their families will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. During this time, guests can enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages during cocktail hour.
How do I get to the wedding venue?
Once you book your hotel (make sure to check out the accommodation section of this website), you can either: Uber, Taxi, or if you choose to rent a vehicle- use google maps. Additionally, the concierge of your hotel can contact a Taxi on your behalf if required.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 2:45pm to be seated on time.
Where should I park?
Parking is free, you can park anywhere in the parking lot on the property.
Are kids welcome?
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only (19 or older). We thank you for your understanding.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVPs will open on June 1, 2025, and the RSVP deadline will be on August 1, 2025. If you will not be attending at the last minute, please directly message Vienna via text or email: viennaandian@gmail.com.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Yes, after the wedding ceremony there will be hors d'oeuvres and cash bar available. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Will dinner be served at the reception?
Yes, buffet style.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Yes, special diet options will be provided at the venue.
Is there a Wedding Registry?
Although our small apartment is well equipped, we are registered for a few items on the links provided.
Additionally, we would also be grateful for cash donations. All cash donations will either contribute to our dream honeymoon or help us put money towards a down payment for our future home.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please bring a coat in case the temperature is low.
If the weather is poor, then the ceremony will be held indoors.
The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
